Definitely works!! I have used it for 2 weeks and the bloat is gone! I am down 6 lbs and 2 inches in my waist! The chocolate is way better than the vanilla. Mix it with almond milk, not water and DEFINITELY not cows milk!! Worse mistake ever!! Makes it way to thick and hard to handle. Use an electric or battery powered mixer to mix it. They blend it way better than a shaker cup. I actually bought the Vortex mixer and that saved the day!! I drink this as a replacement for my breakfast and sometimes lunch or afternoon snack and it has done wonders!!! The price is steep that is for sure, but I got it when it was on sale for $43, so I bought the vanilla and chocolate, so it was like I got it for b1g1 free! I definitely will be buying this again!!! 100% recommend!!I don’t like that the tub was only half full, but it did state 20 servings. The beginning was rough bc I did experience very painful stomach cramps and gas which lead to me throwing up everything I’ve eaten that day. I use a bullet blender and I will add skinny caramel flavoring, Greek yogurt, water, and heavy whipping cream. I’ve actually GAINED 10lbs in a month of using this shake product. It mixes well for me in the bullet, it’s awful with the mix alone nomatter what you use to a base to mix it with (water, almond milk, etc) which is why I resorted to adding yogurt, whipping cream, etc. i don’t know what I’m doing wrong bc I’ve stopped eating carbs altogether and I only drink water anyways. My diet consist of ALOT of vegetables and lean meats, so the last thing I should be worried about is gaining weight. I think I may try something different before ordering this again. I ordered two tubs of this and when I finish this 2nd one .. I’ll adventure to a different product. I highly believe this is not worth the $60-$80 of anybodys money. There no difference made. It will suppress your hunger but only for so long.Tastes great and works. Be sure to read all ingredients. It saves you money to buy this instead of serial other ingredients. But just make sure it will work with any medication you are on as their are natural herbs inside. One of which I know cleans your guts and helps with weightloss. I am a fan of this herb and this brand of shake. Thos is probably my 4th bottle.So far my daughter is having a blast with it, no side affects for her she’s 17 as for me I had all side affects listed in prior reviews. Must be I’m not a spring chicken anymoreOkay, hear me out. I have tested this for awhile now and tried just the shake during the day to make 100% sure but it definitely will make you poop. Maybe it's the 8grams of fiber.It does come have full of the tub but I clearly states 20 serving which is average for a high quality protein shake at this price. It mixes very well not grainy. I do a double scoop if I'm meal replacing or one scoop if I'm just needing a little extra throughout the day.I am using other natural supplements but my appetite has decreased significantly and feel full after drinking this shake.Going to try the strawberry next time!Easy and fun to make. I'm very glad that I have something to help me on my journey to loose weight and eat healthier.The best investment. I love the flavor of vanilla. It goes great in milkshakes.I'm not sure if this was in the description but this product REALLY hurt my stomach. Cramps were extremely bad. Definitely stopped using after 3 days of constant pain.
