The chocolate one is great to add to my smoothies and mixes/blends well. The chocolate flavor is more subtle and not overpowering which I liked. Compared to other protein powders it is not overwhelmingly sweet even though it uses sucralose and ace- potassium. Bought this with a discount so it was decently affordable. However, it is expensive for a basic protein powder with 20g fortified protein at full price. Not sure if I would buy again but it is great for someone who doesn't need 25+ grams of protein like many other whey powders have. Also love that it is 3rd party certified (Informed Sport) so I know it is free from banned substances. Price was the biggest con but I am willing to pay for a quality protein and this one seems good quality.I originally got this product as a gift for a friend. Each serving is 100 calories with NO CARBS and 20 grams of protein.The french vanilla flavor, unfortunately, is not terribly appealing to me. I wanted to like it, but it is lacking in my opinion. It has grown on me, though, and with no carbs, I would definitely consider getting it again. I make my smoothies in an electric frother on the cold setting, and this particular protein powder actually does froth a little (most protein powders I've tried just end up mixed with a tiny layer of froth on top). You can always add extras to improve the flavor, but that might add carbs as well. I asked my wife if the packaging appealed to her and she said, "well, it's sparkly". So they have that going for them. It's a good amount of protein in a very light vanilla flavor. It has some decent vitamin D, iron, and magnesium, which isn't going to make for a meal replacement, but is great for a bit of supplement.This is a nicely done protein powder, with a good clean natural vanilla flavor. It's got straightforward clean ingredients, with low carbs and no weird stuff. It's surprisingly on the less sweet side, which I really appreciate, as I am not a fan of lots of the excessively sweetened proteins out there. It's an isolate/concentrate blend, which nutritionally is fine with me, but which does make the price a little high per lb compared to similar products.I'm on Keto and needed a low carb high protein powder for my daily smoothies. I saw that this one was made for and by women with essentials we need. So I thought I'd give it a try. At first, I was surprised that there was no listing for how many carbs per serving on the nutrition label, so I messaged the seller who said that the product has 0 carbs, and that's why it's not listed. I wish they would still have listed "Carbohydrates 0" on the label, because it's confusing for those of us who are meticulous in how we track nutrients.Anyway, the packaging is attractive (though my bag arrived a little worse looking for wear), and the product seems like it's high quality.
